We accept payments in AUD only.
Direct Bank Transfer:The products will be sent to the billing address of the account holder. Please contact us, if shipment address is different to your billing address.
Debit and Credit Cards:We accept payments made by major debit/credit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, JCB. The products will be sent to the billing address of the cardholder.
Cash payments:We do not accept cash payments.
If product is sent outside Australia, then we will sell it without GST. The price for product will be as stated in product’s description as per “Excluding GST” line. Please be aware that customers are liable for all import taxes and/or duties payable in the destination country. To know more details how much you will need to pay taxes in the destination country, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.
GST REFUND:GST refund may be applicable to clients taking their purchase outside Australia via the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS). As an Australian business we can provide our clients with a tax invoice to assist them in their claim. It is a responsibility of our clients to ensure that they qualify for the GST refund under the TRS scheme. All of our packages are shipped by the following courier services: Australia Post, DHL, Fedex. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and signature required upon receipt.
FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYAustralia Wide and International. We also provide a free personal delivery service for Melbourne Metro customers only. Please contact our friendly customer Customer Service representative for further details ([email protected] or 0401 031 455).
We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Zimbabwe and any other country where their local legislation decrees insurance must be effected locally.
INSURANCEAll our packages are 100% insured while in transit. No additional charges will be added to cover insurance costs.

All our products:

2. Have original manufacturers’ serial numbers;
3. New watches are supplied with 2 to 5-year warranty programme (depending on the brand). Pre-owned/used watches’ warranty availability is specified in the listings separately.

Refunds will not be issued due to a delay in delivery of your order.
A refund will only be issued if we are no longer able to deliver your order.
DEPOSITS:All ‘special order’ products are subject to two possible payment options:
Option 1: A full upfront payment is made for your order.
Option2: At least a 30% non-refundable deposit payment is required to secure a ‘special order’ product or products. The payment of balance is due upon ‘special order’s’ arrival to Watches of Mayfair in Melbourne and prior to being forwarded to the customer. Please email us at [email protected] for further information, if you are interested in purchasing a ‘special order’ product or products.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit refund will only be issued if we are no longer able to deliver your ‘special order’.
