How to find products
At Watches of Mayfair you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products, brands, product groups and etc. If you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right.
How to order & pay
- Simply locate the item of your choice.
- Place the item(s) of choice in the shopping bag by clicking ‘add to bag’.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your payment details.
- Submit your order.
We are sorry, we do not accept:
- 1. Cheques
- 2. Cash payments
Orders & Delivery
Once you have placed your order and your payment has been approved you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When your order is on its way to you, then you will receive an email with shipping information. Please note: if you are choosing “guest checkout” please make sure that you entered your email correctly.
All of our packages are shipped by the following courier services: Australia Post, DHL Express, FedEx. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and signature will be required upon receipt.
Australia Wide and International. We also provide a free personal delivery service to the Melbourne Metro customers only. If you are a Melbourne Metro customer and prefer a personal delivery service, please notify our helpful Customer Service representative by making a note in a special comments section at the checkout.
We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Zimbabwe and any other country where their local legislation decrees insurance must be effected locally.
All of our packages are 100% insured throughout transit at no extra cost.
DUTIES & TAXES
If product is sent outside Australia, then we will sell it without GST. The price for product will be as stated in product’s description as per “Excluding GST” line. Please be aware that customers are liable for all import taxes and/or duties payable in the destination country. To learn more about taxes and duties payable in the destination country, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.

If you pay by debit card or credit card, Watches of Mayfair will take payment at the point when your order is placed on our site.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds may only be issued if the order can no longer be fulfilled as agreed.
No return will be accepted due to one or more of the following:
- 1. If a customer changed their mind and no longer wants the product.
- 2. If the customer ordered the wrong product.
- 3. If the customer found a better product elsewhere.
- 4. If a customer damaged the product by misusing it.
- 5. If a customer used the product for a long time and the problem arose as a result of usual wear and tear.
